FRANK's electrically heated steam generators are the ideal solution for continuous use in industry. They offer high performance, are reliable and produce steam without emissions. The innovative continuous heating system has a significantly higher performance level than boiler systems and achieves faster steam generation. Thanks to the Siemens PLC control, our electrically heated steam generators can also be integrated into existing systems with robot systems.
Steam generator oil/gas heated
FRANK's oil or gas-fired steam generators are perfect for use in various industrial sectors. They are used in particular where the operation of electrically heated steam generators is not possible. They offer high efficiency, work reliably and are ideal for continuous operation. Thanks to the innovative continuous heating system, they have a significantly higher level of performance and generate steam faster than steam generators with boiler systems.

Sterilize

- Small plants with a steam production of up to 75 kg/h:

Steam generators heat water using electricity or a fuel such as oil or gas. Depending on the type of steam generator, a boiler, a heating coil or a continuous flow heater is used. When the boiling point is reached, the water is converted into steam and the steam generated can be made available for the desired application.
FRANK steam generators work exclusively with our innovative instantaneous water heater principle and therefore have a particularly high level of efficiency.
There are several types of steam generators, including:
- Oil or gas-fired steam generators: Oil or gas is burned to heat the water. They are mainly used where the technical requirements for an electrically heated device are not met.
- Electrically heated steam generators: These steam generators are heated with electricity. In combination with green electricity, they are significantly more environmentally friendly than oil or gas-heated systems and an important step towards sustainable production.

Depending on the design, very high pressure can build up in a steam generator, for example in a steam boiler. Steam generators can therefore become potentially dangerous if they are not properly maintained.
Thanks to the instantaneous water heater principle, unlike conventional steam generators, our FRANK steam generators do not require a pressure vessel and therefore offer significantly increased safety.
