With cold and hot water technology
FRANK industrial high-pressure cleaners not only clean thoroughly, but also carefully and gently - despite the high water pressure. They are suitable for indoor and outdoor use - so they are indispensable for cleaning in commercial and industrial areas. Our product portfolio includes cold and hot water high-pressure cleaners that are suitable for stationary and mobile use. Together with you, we will find out which product is best for you.
Mobile cold water high pressure cleaners
The mobile, unheated high-pressure cleaners in the FC series have a smooth start-up and shutdown behavior as well as automatic pressure relief after switching off. The chassis are high-quality corrosion-protected and offer robust all-round impact protection. The high-quality cladding made of hot-dip galvanized and plastic-coated sheet steel offers particular stability. When the spray gun is closed, there is no shutdown, but a pressure-free bypass operation. The motor and pump form a block unit. The three-piston high-pressure pump is equipped with highly wear-resistant solid ceramic plungers, running smoothly and with a long service life.
Mobile hot water high pressure cleaners
Advanced technology in line with the latest international standards characterizes the inner workings of the FH series. Modern series production, high-quality manufacturing technology and our quality assurance characterize this product range. High-pressure cleaners in the FH series are available with oil heating up to 240 bar and with electrical heating up to 180 bar. The integrated high-performance water heater consists of a robust heating coil made of thick-walled precision steel pipe and a burner. The optimal guidance of the combustion gases ensures environmentally friendly combustion and high efficiency. When the spray gun is closed, an adjustable time-controlled shutdown takes place and pressure-free bypass operation takes place until then. The DMP version enables an operating temperature of up to 140°C.
Stationary cold water high-pressure cleaners
With the stationary wall modules from the FCM series, you get the best cleaning results at the lowest operating costs. The unheated wall module has various programs in which the cold water high-pressure jet is mixed directly with the added cleaning and care products and dosed perfectly. The MP-Vario Stop variant enables the module to be switched on and off automatically by operating the spray gun with remote control. In addition, the spray gun is ergonomically designed and can be operated with little effort.
Stationary hot water high pressure cleaners
The smooth start-up and shutdown behavior as well as the automatic pressure relief after shutdown ensure maximum operational safety. Five different programs can be easily selected via the remote control: Cold, Hot, Additive A, Additive B and Stop. The wall modules are equipped with an extremely robust three-piston high-pressure pump with wear-resistant solid ceramic plungers. The motor and pump form a block unit. This enables problem-free maintenance thanks to clearly arranged and easily accessible components.
The advantages of industrial high-pressure cleaners at a glance
Low physical exertion
The high cleaning power combined with the easy-to-use lance enables a particularly body-friendly way of working.
Saving cleaning agents
With FRANK high-pressure cleaners you can save yourself many work steps, the use of different equipment and countless cleaning agents.
For almost all surfaces
Our high-pressure cleaners enable thorough and gentle cleaning of surfaces. In comparison to brushes or sponges, the water jet reaches into every small joint or notch and leaves no residue, streaks or scratches on the surface.
Popular areas of application
Cold water high pressure cleaner
Cold water high-pressure cleaners are very popular for cleaning vehicles, equipment and buildings because they can also remove solid dirt. They use less energy because there is no need to heat up the water. In terms of construction, cold water devices are generally simpler. This makes the devices more compact and easier to maintain than hot water devices.
Hot water high pressure cleaner
Hot water high-pressure cleaners, on the other hand, are particularly suitable for removing lubricating oils or grease films, as these are liquefied and dissolved by the hot water jet. This allows for better cleaning results. In the food industry, proteins and fats can be dissolved particularly effectively thanks to hot water. In most cases, fats, oils and resins can be dissolved well with hot water, which means that significantly less cleaning agent can be used or none at all. This not only saves costs, but also protects the environment and resources.
More information
Conventional high-pressure cleaners are designed for occasional use in private homes or small businesses. The housing, motor, pump and attachments are designed for occasional use in the home, yard, car and garden and are dimensioned accordingly. An attractive price-performance ratio is offset by a shorter service life with frequent and intensive use.
FRANK high-pressure cleaners for industrial use are significantly superior to conventional high-pressure cleaners in terms of durability, cleaning performance, energy efficiency and noise emissions. Powerful motors with a low speed of 1400 revolutions per minute guarantee a long service life and low noise levels. The housing, pump and attachments of our industrial high-pressure cleaners are also designed for intensive and frequent use. FRANK high-pressure cleaners have been developed by professionals for professionals - for reliable and professional cleaning in industry and commerce.
FRANK high-pressure cleaners can be powered by any cold water connection that provides the required flow rate. The internal high-pressure pump creates the desired water pressure, which you direct with the spray gun at the objects or surfaces to be cleaned. The energy required for this is generated by an electric, petrol or diesel engine, depending on the model. With our high-pressure cleaners, you also have the choice between cleaning with cold water or hot water, as well as the optional addition of cleaning agents.
Cold water high-pressure cleaners from our FC series work with the temperature of the incoming water. By dispensing with a heating coil, these high-pressure cleaners have lower energy requirements and fewer components than hot water high-pressure cleaners. This makes them more compact and easier to maintain.
Hot water high-pressure cleaners from our FH series are also connected to a conventional cold water connection. To protect the pump, the water is only heated after the pressure has increased by passing it through a heating coil. The higher energy consumption due to the heating power applied and more components compared to cold water high-pressure cleaners is offset by a more effective cleaning performance. Thanks to the more effective cleaning with hot water, significantly less cleaning agent needs to be used, which has a positive effect on the environment and saves resources.

FRANK high-pressure cleaners are suitable for almost all surfaces and materials. However, due to the high pressure output of up to 240 bar, they should not be used to clean sensitive surfaces. For gentle cleaning with low water requirements, our FRANK dry steam cleaners are a suitable alternative.
To find the right high-pressure cleaner for your needs, you should consider the following points:
Frequency :
How often do you use the pressure washer? For intensive use, industrial pressure washers are the cheaper choice in the long run.
FRANK high-pressure cleaners stand for high quality and a long service life. Some of our devices have been in use for over 20 years.
Maintenance:
Regular maintenance leads to reliable operation and a long service life. We attach great importance to sustainable and maintenance-friendly products.
Our high-pressure cleaners stand for long operating times and a guaranteed supply of spare parts over many years.
The incoming water pressure should be at least 4 bar. However, the flow rate is more important than the pressure itself. This must be at least high enough for the pump to always be able to suck in enough water to pump. If the flow rate is too low, a larger cross-section of the supply line can help.
Depending on the model, FRANK high-pressure cleaners use 700 to 1000 liters of water per hour. You should bear in mind that the drinking water used is a valuable resource. In addition, waste water is generated in the same amount as the drinking water consumption, which must be disposed of and paid for. Therefore, check whether our FRANK dry steam cleaners are a cheaper alternative for your application.
The prices of our high-pressure cleaners range between 2,000 euros and 5,000 euros, depending on the model and design.
The price is influenced by the following factors:
